Welcome to our twenty-fourth Party Chit Chat. We hope you had a restful Easter break. Just to let you know our news first:

• We have added an optional "mystery version" to The Search For The Truth – our Christian mystery dinner parties.
• We will shortly be changing to a new system which will allow you to receive the files via email as normal or download the files from our web site.

Our photo competition winners

This month we received an unusually large number of photos this time. Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter. The three winners are:

• Phyllis Persicano (USA) for a photo from Linda Muth's Celebrity Celebrations party.
• Shawn Glazer (USA) for a photo from his Poetic Justice party
• Maree Kramer (Australia) for a photo from her Celebrity Celebrations party.

We are commencing a new competition with a closing date of 1 June 2004 (see photos.htm for details).

We were so impressed with the props that these people created that we have decided to give them a free kit each.

My name is Maree Kramer (Judy Garland) and I purchased the 'Celebrity Celebrations' kit specifically to make our New Year's 2004 party a little different. We all had the best time and our house is still decorated with stuffed bats!!

I would love to share the photos from my sons 9th Birthday. We did the "Who defeated the slimy monster?" mystery and had a blast.

Linette sent this feedback about her Luck Of The Irish party:

"We live in the Azores, the island of Terceira to be exact, and we decided it would be great fun to do a mystery dinner for entertainment. (Fun is hard to come by on this island.) We are all military or are a military spouse here and we needed to do something different!!

We have our own TV Station here (AFN) and one of the girls who works there and a man that works in our public affairs office emceed the mystery for us and they were a blast!!

We held our dinner 2 weeks ago and 147 people attended!! Of course we only had 37 people play parts but we had 110 spectators. They were all enthralled by the concept of a mystery dinner!

We gave these great bottles of wine with wine charms and wine glasses to the table that solved the mystery.

People are still talking about it! It was a huge success! Thank you for writing such a great mystery and supplying us with a great night of fun, these people came out just for the price of a dinner (the cost the club here charged us) and loved every minute of it!

We want to try to do a fundraiser like this some day (with a different mystery of course) now that we know how well this one was attended. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
