Happy Valentines Day!

Welcome to our twenty-third Party Chit Chat. Just to let you know our news first:

• We have added an optional "murder version" to The Luck of the Irish – our Saint Patrick's Day kit.
• We have changed our commercial users agreement. Now instead of paying a royalty fee, we ask anyone wishing to use our kits commercially to purchase a new kit for each event held. This will be easier for all concerned as it will reduce the paperwork on both sides. It will also mean that you will always be using an up-to-date kit. This is important as we are always updating and improving our kits.

Our photo competition winners

This month we received some very interesting photos. Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter. The three winners are:

• Diana Morganelli (USA) for a photo from her daughter's Love Letter party
• Jonathan Kripalani
  (USA) for a photo from his Poetic Justice party
• Lynn Lounsbury (USA) for a photo from her Celebrity Celebrations party.

We are commencing a new competition with a closing date of 1 April 2004 (see photos.htm for details).

We would like your opinion on our business

As it is the beginning of the year, we are trying to plan our year ahead and we would appreciate your advice on which direction we should take.

• Do you think we should offer to print the kits for you for an extra fee?
• Is there anything else you think we could do to improve our service?

"Dear Merri Mysteries,

WOW!!!! What a wonderful time my daughter and her friends had at her 13th birthday party acting out The Love Letter. We wanted to make every effort to use props, authentic food great customs, create atmosphere, and everyone stayed in character the entire time. Even my handsome teenage son assisted by playing the part of Edmond. I played the part of Lady to guide the girls along if need be. By the 2nd act they were well underway on their own. It took on a life of its own. I video taped the party. This will be a wonderful memento for my daughter.

Dear TMM,

My friends and I had a wonderful time playing out the Poetic Justice mystery. This is the 2nd mystery game I've purchased from you guys and I look forward to doing yet another mystery. "We purchased "Celebrity Celebrations" for our 8th annual New Years Eve party. The Host Guide made the mystery so easy to plan. The costume suggestions were outstanding and everyone looked great. Three days later everyone is still sharing digital pictures taken pictures taken at the party.
We included Jerry Oilman in the group photo. He sends his regards.
