Welcome to our fifteenth newsletter. Just to let you know our news first:

  • Greater discount for existing clients – we have increased the discount you will receive when you (or your friends) order kits using the quote number you have been given. Now you will receive a 15% discount rather than a 10% discount. So your next kit will only cost $24.65 US. If you have forgotten the quote number, send us an email telling us the name on your order and which month and year you ordered via info@merrimysteries.com.
  • New: Our action adventure mystery for 8 boys called "Who Defeats The Slimy Monster?" is finally available for sale. It is full of activities and detective work.

  • New: We now have a good clean fun version of "One Of The Girls" in meet and mingle format for 11 to 30 females.
  • New: We now have a meet and mingle version of "Trouble On Board" for 16 to 30 guests. We have merged "Caught In A Spanish Web" and "The Greek Tragedy" in order to create this large version so the plot is quite different to the original "Trouble On Board". The original drama kit versions of these three kits are still available.

Louise sent in this feedback:

"Dear Stephanie,

Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou!!

We ran our Celebrity Celebrations mystery night 2 weeks ago. The guests were all members of the Dolphins Junior Netball Club and it was the first social event on such as scale in the club's 25 year history.

The script was a fantastic choice as we had NO idea how many would respond to the invitation and with 100 players in the club, the prospect was somewhat daunting. We invited parents and players 16 years and over and the initial response was not promising. I then took the character overviews around the courts while the kids were playing and let people choose their characters themselves. This gained much greater interest and it then took on a life of its own, the final number was 55, which for a first event was FANTASTIC. The fact that not many people knew each other became insignificant as all the characters were known celebrities so they were instantly familiar.

I've attached some photos so you can get an idea of the enthusiasm that was generated. Now....my problem is this! Everyone had such a fantastic time - It's already on the agenda for next year, only this time they want it in June...

Regards
Louise Dickson
President - Dolphins Netball Club"

Sue sent in this feedback:

Hi Stephanie,

We held a night of mayhem and madness and we used your Celebrity Celebrations kit. The night was really fantastic. The scripts were easy to use and the people that attended really got into the spirit of things and dressed up to the nines. The night was so good in fact that we got a standing ovation as a thank you, part of that belongs to you, we couldn't have done it without your scripts. I have included some photos from the evening, for the photo comp.

Thanks again
